Karina Kristi
Physiotherapist
Karina Kristi graduated from the University of Sydney in 2017 with a Master of Physiotherapy degree. Karina also holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (Exercise and Sports Science) degree, awarded in 2015.
She has a strong approach to combining manual therapy skills to match accurate exercise prescriptions. With a focus on injury prevention and sport/workplace specific rehabilitation, Karina creates individualised management plans and patient education to ensure that she achieves the goals of her patients and maximises their confidence and understanding. She has been instructing Clinical Pilates and Exercise Class for over a year, with the classes tailored to your current / past injuries and your goals.

- APPI Pilates (Matwork) Level 1 – 2019
- APPI Pilates (Equipment) Level 1 – 2020
- SMA Sports Trainer Level 2 – 2020

Karina is registered under Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA), and is a current member of the Australian Physiotherapy Association (APA). Karina is fluent in English and Indonesian, and in her spare time, enjoys bushwalks, playing soccer, squash, table tennis, and badminton.
