Podiatry
General podiatry: Our day-to-day general treatment usually consists of cracked heels, fungal infections and ingrown nails.
Paediatric podiatry: after 1 year of life children begin to walk, appropriate assessment is necessary for appropriate intervention. Splinting, orthosis and a gait retraining program may be reccomended for your little one.
Sports podiatry: correct technique, especially in the lower limbs such as your ‘feet’. By being the first body region to come in contact with the ground it sets the tone for the rest of the body’s movement. Capability to maintain optimum position during dynamic movement allows your muscles and joints to produce best possible performance and function.
