If your Doctor advises that physiotherapy treatment is needed for you to return to pre-injury capacity, we will liaise with your case manager for an assessment and decision on treatment plans to assist in your rehabilitation. Be sure to provide your Doctor’s referral and any other forms, scans a reports and present it at reception upon arrival.
